The 6 Stage Process for Recruitment is as follows but they should have already been through step 1 and 2.
Stage 1. Check out the website (https://www.ezytrac.services/)
Stage 2. Send your resume to us for review - We will review you CV and if you meet the positions Key Selection Criteria we will make contact with you. This is normally within 3 working days of receipt. Assuming we have a position open.
Stage 3. You’re here now - Ai Interview - ad-hoc no preparation required - One of our Ai team will organise a phone call with you and discuss your CV and how you fit with our Key Selection criteria this is then reviewed by our team.
Stage 4. Sit the basic test (English, Maths, Intelligence) - We will have you undertake two simple online tests which test your basis English Skills, Maths skills and understanding of your process. This stage takes around 10 to 20mins depending on how quickly you complete the 2 tests. From here we create a short list for the 121 interview.
Stage 5. 121 in person or zoom Interview. We will undertake a more detailed interview looking into your experience and a series of question and answer based on our Key Selection Criteria. This is your time to shine.
Stage 6. Congrats, Job Offer is next.
